Translated to interior design lingo, this is your Full Service Design Project. The whole kit ‘n’ caboodle. From concept to completion, I work with your builders and architects to design your perfect spaces from millwork to furnishings.
Amber Dawn Interiors implements her signature Picture Perfect Process to handle your project, so you get your time back. From space planning and architectural elements, to room design with furniture, fixture, and art selections, to a full HGTV-style install and reveal day- let Amber Dawn Interiors take the time to design and manage your remodeling or new build project so you don’t have to.
Here’s how it will go:
Step One:
On-Site Consultation
Step Two:
Proposal & Zoom Meeting
Step Three:
Information Gathering
Step Four:
Design Begins: Conceptual Design Phase
Step Five:
Detailed Design Phase
Step Six:
Construction and Procurement
Step Seven:
Install and Big Reveal!
After having determined during our Discovery Call that Full Service best suits your needs, we move on to the on-site consultation. We dive deeper into the project, get our eyes on the spaces (or the construction documents, if it is a new build,) assess the scope of the work, and give you more information about the ADI process. We will email you a Full Service Welcome Packet via email with all the details of our process and business model. This meeting is 60-90 minutes and is $495
A project proposal is sent to you via email, accompanied by our Letter of Agreement. This covers what is included in the scope of the project and what you can expect from ADI during each phase. We will schedule a zoom meeting to review and sign both.
Once we have a signed LOA it’s time to get to know you! You’ll fill out an in-depth questionnaire, and if the project is a remodel, we schedule a day to measure your space, take photos, and document any items that will remain. You’ll send us photo inspiration of spaces you love, and we send you a Polaroid camera! More info on that in our Welcome Packet :)
An initial design concept is created and communicated through mood boards, rough elevations & renderings, as well as material & finish samples. We design the ideal floor plan to ensure the best possible layout for the project. Additionally, we conduct "Trade Day/Days" at the client's home to review project concepts and take detailed measurements for accurate quotes. This phase culminates with the Conceptual Design Meeting, where we aim to confirm the scope, layout, investment estimate, and aesthetic direction.
After edits and approvals, we focus on every detail: Finalized space planning, renderings, elevations, and product samples are presented to provide a tangible idea of what the results will look and feel like. Multi-level projects are presented in two phases; phase 1 is to present hard selections, and phase 2 is to present furnishings & styling. We verify dimensions and quantities and obtain pricing. We gather written quotes from vendors and contractors. With this exciting information we prepare to present you detailed proposals that fit your budget, quality level, and aesthetic at our Detailed Design Meetings.
We take the reigns from here, relieving our clients from the burden and stress of their project! We coordinate schedules with contractors, arrange deliveries of materials and products, and oversee construction to ensure proper design implementation. We also provide a spec-book for contractors and subcontractors, including schedules and specifications for finishes, plumbing, electrical work, and appliances, as well as coordinating elevations and renderings. During this phase ADI simultaneously orders, tracks, and coordinates the delivery, inspection, and storage of all furniture and decor.
Get ready for the big reveal! Amber coordinates the delivery and installation of all your furnishings and decor and finishes off your space to styled perfection! TA-DA!
